A rainy day spent mostly inside watching Netflix
I mixed up a lot of stuff that would go bad soon to create a chicken fajita brioche bun burger with crispy bacon, slaw, cheese and hollandaise sauce.
It turned out to be absolutely fabulous and delicious comfort food. Food makes me happy. And on top of that, the sunshine pierced through the clouds as i struggled with the last bits.

So many things. Another lovely vacation day. Last thing was a little wild woodland mouse walking right up to my shoe as I spoke to it and bent down. So cute!!
