I have been following this, tragic all round.

Horrific, but she was failed badly after seeking help herself. Wholly preventable I think if she had got the treatment she should have been given. Though also does not take away from what she did.

It is absolutely tragic and I definitely think preventable, based on what I’ve seen. It’s definitely not cut and dry. Idk you may know this but she and her ex husband have both filed medical malpractice lawsuits
