Perhaps an odd choice but I like the Ballad of John and Yoko. It just frickin bops along, John saying what’s on his mind while Paul harmonizes like a madman

Yes!! Also, the fact that it was among their last songs and the tension in the group wasn't great, and yet it was just a session with John and Paul, the other 2 Beatles didn't play on it

Didn’t John give Paul cowriting credit (and therefore a share of the royalties) for one of his solo songs as a thank you for Paul helping out on B of J&Y? Either Give Peace a Chance or Happy Christmas?

Horrific, but she was failed badly after seeking help herself. Wholly preventable I think if she had got the treatment she should have been given. Though also does not take away from what she did.
It is absolutely tragic and I definitely think preventable, based on what I’ve seen. It’s definitely not cut and dry. Idk you may know this but she and her ex husband have both filed medical malpractice lawsuits
