I work in the accepted e-book format (Recognized Headers/footers/etc) and have it set as my default page set-up in MS Word so I don't even have to think about it when I'm writing.
Most e-book sites list the parameters/format for acceptable uploading.
No best-sellers.. yet..
I'm always thinking 'Maybe the next one.' *smiles*
