We always made them after Thanksgiving...the whole weekend after....I don't miss it
It's one hell of a lot of work...but always worth it.
Spending an entire weekend making them though would probably drive me nuts. Lol
Did that for 20 years....made them for the extended family, everyone had their jobs....I remember making thousands one year....ughIt's one hell of a lot of work...but always worth it.
