Are Sweden, Australia, the US & the UK known for spam? I've had the same problem with my home broadband for months, it was then fine again last week & as of today is happening again.

My home IP address changed overnight, and the new one has been flagged as either a VPN IP or from a spammy country (I'm in the UK). Is there anything that can be done to resolve this? Thanks
