Home IP caught up in VPN/Spam blocking system

My home IP address changed overnight, and the new one has been flagged as either a VPN IP or from a spammy country (I'm in the UK).

Is there anything that can be done to resolve this?

Use the Ban Appeal form from the affected connection and include the URL of this thread, please. We'll forward it to sysadmin.
