mmm when i had the issue, i wasn't pointed in that direction. It was only when I tried a new email that it worked. Maybe making it a sticky point of FAQ for new users or returning users would be good?? Not trying to be argumentative, just putting a view out there.

Because I can... I was just pointing out that it might be a good idea to make the advice better know, i.e. as a FAQ to save this question being repeated often!

Old thread, but tbh, the interface is pretty simple to use. The hardest proble is re-making an account and then ending up unauthorised!! Even that took only a little perseverance and a new email. Complainers need to consider what the are complaining about. If not happy, check other similar...

This works. Especially if you deleted an account and want to set up a new one. I used a slightly different handle and a new email address. If you use the same email address for a deleted account it will show as unauthenticated.
