I was just pointing out that it might be a good idea to make the advice better know, i.e. as a FAQ to save this question being repeated often!

mmm when i had the issue, i wasn't pointed in that direction. It was only when I tried a new email that it worked. Maybe making it a sticky point of FAQ for new users or returning users would be good??
Not trying to be argumentative, just putting a view out there.
