using on my laptop and plus there is no new update. done the clearing cookies and cache file. used both chrome and firefox

im having a problem with my fcn chat room whenever i try to enter it. it become white when i login and when ever i click on a pic/gif it become white with option menu open on the right side. i have included some pic to explain it further.
