Error on Fcn page.

im having a problem with my fcn chat room whenever i try to enter it. it become white when i login and when ever i click on a pic/gif it become white with option menu open on the right side.
i have included some pic to explain it further.

Try clearing cookies and cache. Try another browser. What kind of device and OS version? Is everything updated?

using on my laptop and plus there is no new update. done the clearing cookies and cache file. used both chrome and firefox

It may be a regional software issue. I received another report with a similar or same issue and the user is in the same country as you are. I'm unaware or anyone else with the same issue.

I've had the same issue for a month almost. Chat's pretty much unusable.

It's very difficult to figure out such odd, rare things, especially when we ask for specifics about the software and devices. People want it fixed, but won't help us figure it out. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
