From a garden of yellow roses
wrapped in starlight and mist
i wander the path down to the sea
roaring waves spread foamy potions
and seashells across the salty sand
I see unicorns in the cloud labyrinths
galloping on the wharf of dreams
floating stars in the moon’s streams
next to you and the ebbing ocean

They say pain helps you know you're alive. But tonight it makes me want to die. I toss and turn but no relief in any position. I pray for sleep but all I want to do is weep. From toes to knees, shoulders to elbows the pain just grows. I wish for relief and peace tonight. -
