disconnected

So, the chat doesn't say I'm banned or whatnot, I can access it... partially. No rooms are displayed, and this is what shows up on "preferences" tab in the chat, that red Disconnected note. Is that an issue with the site, with the browser or account? I'd appreciate any support :)
