Complaint Not able to connect

I am trying to login to FCN with my credentials. I was able to login until yesterday. Today I am getting an error saying: "You were disconnected from the server by server. Reason: not authenticated". My credentials are right and I have tried to login multiple times and from different devices. Same error
 
Use your other profile. Conflict takes place when people start using multiple profiles.
