Hi,I can login into my account and access forum but not into chatrooms.

hi i have problems with to log in to chat.. i tried many times to log with same username and password on forum and working.. i changed password and still working but when i try to log to chat doesnt work.. it says unable to authenticate... i tried to log as guest and works normally.. please help

Anytime i try to actually connect into any chatroom the website crashes and only shows a Cloudflare 502 error. Could I get some clarification on why this is happening or how to fix it? see below.

Is anyone else getting this at times while using Firefox browser on their phones? It happens on and off. It's fine on chrome browser or if I use incognito on firefox. Not sure what happens and why it does this at times but it fixes eventually.

Hi, How can I contact a particular user? I got disconnected during chat and would like to leave a message to user not currently online(i kknow the username). When trying to start a conversation i get an error saying that i cant start conversation with this user. Help please? Thanks, BBWolf

I've sent some pictures in chat but the other person constantly does not get the picture. I've tried sending myself a picture and sure enough, I didn't get it. Any possible fix? On my end it shows as sent, the problem is with the other end.
