I changed my username and now I’m getting the 500 error. I have no other active profiles or anything. No previous account was recently deleted.
 
Try clearing cookies and closing the browser, then restart your phone before logging back in.
 
I did that and I updated my phone and I also just tried logging in from a different device. Still getting the same 500 error on both devices.
 
Can you show a screenshot? We have to potentially guess multiple things without a screenshot.
