Have you attempted any troubleshooting?
Tried updating the app in the iOS App Store, clearing history on chrome, clearing cookies but nothing has worked.

Anybody else unable to login with their account? Tried logging in from different devices on different browsers and keep getting this message each time. Forums work fine but can’t access chat. IMG_6671.jpeg
 
Unable to reproduce the issue. This is common for users who juggle multiple profiles. Try logging out completely, clearing cookies, then restarting the browser.
 
You're not saying whether you tried using the log out function here.
Tried a different ISP?
 
From the logs, It doesn't appear that you tried a different connection.

I need to see you try a non-cellular connection, on a non-cellular device. Show a screenshot of the error while not on a cellular device/network, please.
I won't be able to assist you any further unless I'm able to verify that.

When using WiFi on cellular devices, make sure WiFi assist is off.
 
Does using a mobile hotspot to my laptop count or is that the same thing basically as logging in from my phone? I don't have home wi-fi and I'm not gonna take my MacBook to a coffee shop down the street for this lmao. Either way, tried it from my laptop with the hotspot connection and got the same error message as before. This is after logging out and clearing the history as well.
