First of all, THANK YOU for the new chat.
It has some really wonderful quality of life features. The permanent block, a more modern design and the spam seems to have been cut down extensively. And keeping past conversation windows open though is a great addition though.
On the bad side I suffer from frequent disconnects that have to be manually refreshed. (auto reconnect seems not to do what it says)
Then again I have seen at least one mod picking fights with other users. It can be a stressful job for sure but it does not spark confidence.
All in all, the update is wonderful but still with room for improvement.
