Suggestion A way to network block other users?

There are a handful of users I am not on good terms with for one reason or another. And I’m sure we all have them. Whenever I encounter them it’s a block on sight but it’s becoming tedious because they keep making new user names (often very generic as well) I have to add to my blocklist. I’d rather have a way so I’d never see their posts again, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who shares this sentiment.

Considering the ban system puts a block on a persons network so they can’t ban evade with a guest account, could a similar option be given to users?

You can block countries, guests only, guests only from certain countries, partial usernames in combinations with other factors and various other combinations. You'd need to know the user's network in order to block their network and that's not public information.
