Acceptable links

I have heard of people getting banned for links, but others post links from YouTube, pornhub, etc.

Is there a list of acceptable or forbidden links or a breakdown of the rules around them?
 
I haven’t yet, too afraid to. But I wanted to post a link to a literotica story.
 
I have gotten banned for sending a legal link to a friend as "spamming" currently messaged help desk as my IP address is banned. I don't even know if the friends im trying to stay in touch with are getting my inbox messages or if it banned that too. I gives you a warning if you choose to share via link vs upload but i received just a ban hammer even though i wasn't spamming and it wasn't to a stranger but a long term friend. Id like help but haven't gotten any help back yet.

honestly i don't even know if this will post of if this kind of activity is shadow banned. its all kinda sad to be treated like a bot spammer when i was just sharing with a friend.

I posted nothing in chat. I was messaging a friend on my friends list and sent them a legal porn link on the subject we were talking about and now it says banned for spamming.

i wasn't spamming strangers, i wasn't even spamming my friend.
 
ah understood. but it was 1 link and i didn't get a warning or anything. I just don't know what to do to get it fixed. id like to be able to talk to my regular friends and i wasnt "spamming". so the ban reason seems weird.
