Hello, I did the authentication and logged in here just fine to forums but it’s not letting me access the chat rooms. Any suggestions for help? Thank you!!

I've been having trouble too.
What finally worked for me was (i can't seem to post links so this will be a little clunky):
FCN home page -> Blog -> The New Chat Rooms FAQ -> where it says "Join the New Chat Rooms".
It also seemed necessary to Allow 3rd Party Cookies for the domain where that last link leads.
Your mileage may vary, but hope it helps. Good luck.
