Access Denied

Hi there,

I normally log in as hotukguy as a guest, I just tried to log in and it said I was banned under a username I have never used 'Jackxx' (or similar) with a reason as 'underage/pedo'. I have never ever been involved in any activity such as this. This is not me.

How can I possibly be banned, under a name I have never used? How can this be rectified?

If you're banned under that name, but not under a different name, there is a chance someone that was using that name as a guest and was up to no good and got banned. I ran into that once, and was like... damn, I have never used this name before though what? And I figured that was the reason.
