Do you suffer from allergies?
Allergy-induced sinus headaches or even migraines?
Does medicine you use work well?
Other remedies? (No pseudoscience, please.)

I'm personally looking to explore mild allergy medicine for migraine treatment. Maybe it's somehow related and I've been reading that it could help for some people.

Claritin (I use the generic one)..don't make you drowsy or feel icky..but it'll kill the stuffy sinuses/ pressure type headache pain..that and the itchy burning eyes..if it gets real bad Tylenol sinus works too..

I've actually been using the generic Claritin since Monday. I don't have the stuffy nose anymore when waking up, but that might be coinciding with the weather change. No hints of headaches either, but probably too early for a conclusion.

Only one I've found actually works without making me a zombie..hopefully keeps working for you too..sinus pain sucks

I've bought some generic Allegra to try as well. Both were on sale. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So i'm allergic to everything and also have birds. I combine Zyrtec D with Zyrtec C in the morning coupled with my asthma inhalers. It has been working for a while, but i'm at my witts end. I might start doing allergy shots because It sucks to be allergic to absolutely everything and can't breathe for half the year. I don't have experience with migraines tho, my issues were my asthma and my nose.
