Being serious, a temporary reaction towards a collapsed society - it cannot last as rule and order have to keep countries together, even if they are failing/failed.

I don't think it would be something sustainable. People naturally try to make order out of what they perceive as chaos. That's part of what led to the alt right and socialist liberals in America. For different reasons and different ideologies some people have moved far from center as a reaction to what they see as either a perversion of the natural order or a falling back to a kind of order that isn't acceptable to them. If we had anarchy some people who think it's a good idea now wouldn't in reality. Although people dislike rules they want them on some level also.
