Appearing to quit/go offline

Hi All,

I am having an issue from time to time where I appear to go offline/quit a PM despite keeping the PM open and not leaving.

Does anyone have any idea what could cause this to happen?

ah ok,

it just confused me since it all appeared fine for me like no sign of any drop but people had mentioned that it appeared like I quit a Private chat etc.

And the chat has its own functioning issues, so not always the user's fault.
