No, but a physical therapist might. Or you can try your luck with ChatGPT and tell it whether pain increases when squeezing any part, adding resistance by pushing away, inwards or outwards, pulling or lifting under resistance with hand twisted in various positions and arm extended or bent, etc... it could steer you in the right direction, because It's just already documented physiology which physical therapists or doctors will use anyway. Although ChatGPT won't be able to use ultrasound.
