Small cheesecakes using eggs, protein powder, yogurt... Cupcakes with almond flour... Oatmeal cookies or almond flour cookies... I have have unsweetened 100% dark chocolate to add to these desserts or I can grate it, melt it and mix it with monk fruit sweetener to drizzle on things... I have various nuts and berries I can add to any of those... I can make this:
