What tells you that you are in love

With me it’s a desire to be with that person as much as possible


Tell us how you know if you are in love
 
No doubt, you are on point. The idea of love is what drives us there. I've loved before...too many times, as I'm a total butterfly. Now that I'm older and tired, love is different for me at this point. A partner is what I desire (think I've found that but comes with great obstacles). Point is, I love my kids more than life so finding a man that can share in that, or me share with his, is of utter importance. I can find love for me, no doubt, but can I find love as a family ❤
 
Warning...deep thought ahead lol...

So many ways to describe how you feel about something or someone. “Love” is so over used and often not the correct term. I used to be someone constantly searching and thinking “this time it’s real.” But, connection does not equal love. Chemistry and lust do not equal love. Adoration is not love. I think that connection, chemistry, lust, adoration and those other feelings are seen as rejection a lot of the time. And that’s just not true. If we LOVED everything and everybody equally....wouldn’t that be boring? The different levels of intensity are necessary and meaningful in their own way.

Know the things that set your soul on fire, make you feel more alive than ever....that’s where you’ll find real love.
