I never understood those claims by people, tbh. You can become any-time person you need over relatively short period of time. Years ago, I worked almost 80 hrs some weeks with no weekends off, for months a time and my routines made me "any time person." I have no problem staying up a few days to be any time person I need to be fir anything. Don't ever tell anybody presenting you with opportunities "which time of day person you are."
