Icebreaker Game Are you...?

No. Stopped eating that junk, because it has no sufficient protein.

No. Tried one Saturday noon.

Are you needing to poop?

You can add protein to your oats. No need to boycott them entirely. Oats contain abundant soluble fiber, especially beta-glucans, known for lowering LDL cholesterol and decreasing the risk of heart disease. Additionally, they are a source of vital nutrients like magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, and iron, along with antioxidants.

@ thread: Not right now

Are you hoping to have a productive Sunday?

Sort of. Not really. Maybe. Monday off work, so I'm not too motivated.

Are you having EArl Grey today?

Like, meat?

I keep hearing nothing but bad thing about oats. From everywhere. They are documented to raise blood sugar for far too long and the phosphate issue. I actually know someone who used glucose meter after eating oats and blood sugar didn't go down for 5+ hours. I think I consume plenty of other foods providing same and better benefits.

Not having early grey.

Are you gonna have a milkshake this coming week?

Sure, meat…or egg at the side.

It's important to consider individual responses to food. If oats don't work well for you, focusing on other nutrient-rich options that suit your needs is a good approach. Everyone's body reacts differently to various foods.

No. My interest in supercars has mostly waned years ago.

Are you ready for a big ass snow storm?
