That's an impossible question to answer (just like my previous question was). If I eat fermented foods, it's sauerkraut in small pinches before some meats or right after a 24hr (or longer) fast, fermented hot sauce, occasional fermented pickles. In teens or probiotics / prebiotics, I also drink buttermilk, eat plain Greek yogurt, eat a small variety of fruits and vegetables, mushrooms.
I think the secret is is injecting small portions of those bacteria, but with sufficient fiber. Otherwise, all that shit is waste—nutritionally useless junk, because you wouldn't eat any of that in high volumes for sustenance.
