I minimise my intake of bread and added sugars. I wouldn’t say I avoid them.

Are you attending any social events in the coming weeks?
 
It’s a leftover night. Have that, or chili in the fridge. TBD.

Used to be able to put my elbows on the floor only a few years ago...now I can't reach my knees.

Are you able to climb one story of stairs without pausing for a break?
