How should one prepare this drink for consumption? Should one be storing this in the fridge or cupboard?

Straight from the cupboard but some waste beer space in the fridge, you must consume it on the rocks, cowgirl boots optional, hat preferred and no pinky sticking out.
 
Google suggests cupboard, it'll last 2-4 days once opened. Fridge, it'll last 7-10 days.

Do you drink it as it is, though, or dilute it with water? Some search results suggest it's iced tea...

Yeah those are Arizona brand drinks, which I buy sometimes. I, myself put them in the refrigerator right away.
As far as diluting it with water or iced tea, I don't know because I've never tried that particular drink

You don't dilute it with water. It's supposed to be insanely sweet because lots of American teas/drinks are very sugary. You could dilute it if it's too sugary, but that's the point, and it's meant to be consumed as is. I'd put it in the fridge personally. And yes, it's iced drink. It's better to drink it in the fridge than to put it in ice, but you could do that too.
 
So, I drank it as it is…gross. It’s like a bottle of sugar. Muricans ruining their food/drinks, does anyone actually enjoy that kinda junk?

Most if not all American food packaging will indicate whether something needs to be "refrigerated after opening."

If I personally ever drink junk like that, I dilute it 3+ times. Sugar content in ingredients will suggest whether to dilute it or not.
 
No indication as to how to store on “nutrition” label, on cap, side or base. Although, most text is in non-English.

Whatever. I wont be consuming, even diluted. Going in the bin.
