Icebreaker Game Ask the User Below a Question v2019

I don't dislike it, but I'm not at the point of liking it. I think it is important to keep your body in some sort of shape, whether through weight lifting, walking, jogging, doing crunches, sit-ups, etc. I'll go with it as an important aspect of keeping healthy and fit. I do feel better after a good workout.

What would you recommend someone to do first who hasn't exercised or worked out in a long time (say years)?

I shouldn't recommend cause I always have coaches who plan my workouts but I think that some cardio and light weight lifting (if you're capable of performing properly the exercises so you don't get an injuries because of them) would be good.

Edit.

Nope.

What's your favorite thing to do to relax?

In for sure.

When I'm with my crew I don't much care for putting up with other peoples crews anymore. Lol. Plus my own music, bathroom, cheaper drinks etc....

How are you different at FCN then when you first came here?

This site was the very first one ever (of a more "adult" kind) I joined... Having fun was/is great but I learned to not believe and trust people so easily. I don't think that I have changed anything else or that something made me change.

Do you remember what you ate last Monday?

I liked all the movies I've seen in theaters. The worst one ever or on top 3 I've seen at home tho was like 2-3 weeks ago when I tried to watch the 6 Underground with Ryan Reynolds.
I expected it to be good but it was definitely meh.

For how long do you like to stay at a beach to swim?
