How do you break from bad mental health habits that seem to be a repetitive thing?
 
By trying over and over again and dissipline and learning new habbits avoiding things that trigger it and find a new life style and way of doing things ... but that being said its different for everybody you just have to find the things that work for you.

What is your favorite cookies?
 
Yes! I have been collecting POP Vinyls for years, love Star Wars, Doctor Who and that kinda stuff

Have you ever had your heart broken? (I know most people have)
 
Probably will if I miraculously end up in a real relationship but that’s not looking likely anytime soon
