If you were given the gift to live for one thousand years with the best of everything provided just to record and document history for future humans, would you accept it?
My goal is to work until the age I'm eligible to retire and I feel financially secure enough to do so. So if I can retire early with the appropriate financial goal in hand, then I definitely will.
Where would you like to travel to that you haven't been to yet?
From the time I graduated from University until I bought my home, I travelled constantly and stayed in every cheap motel, hotel and hostel I could find to save for my home. Too many too count.
How often do you think wealthy people think about the warming planet and the effect it will have on their future generations?
Wealthy people in general don’t think about it enough at all.. and pretty sure it includes myself.. we all have our things, but first world problems shouldn’t even be a thing!
Do you think wealthy people should do more for third world countries?
Money to Salvation Army, because they'll know where to put it, like social services, community centers, low-income family assistance, etc. Stuff you don't want anymore to Salvation Army—they run thrift stores, which cater to low-income people and employ local people to run the stores.
Yes, because today I can’t read this screen and put on my panties at the same time.
How much money do you think we should give to emerging nations after they have spent billions and are still one hundred years behind us due to corrupt leaders?
I donno. A lot of that aid comes with the stipulation that the "money," (really just credits), has to be spent with the business of the country making the donations... And it's a lot more complicated than that. https://www.concernusa.org/story/foreign-aid-explained/
How would you feel if New Year's Day were moved to July 1st?
