great question. struggling with that a lot. i used to relieve most stress by doing something physical, but i’m limited right now. other hobbies help, but they’re sometimes just too soothing when you just need to let it out. so for me, the best thing is just screaming it out with your favourite tunes.
changes depending on mood; however, as nasty as it it, burn by nin struck a chord with me 30yrs ago and hasn’t stopped being a song i would put in my top three.
