So from the threads I’ve read it’s an ongoing thing, do we happen to know how long this is going to be an issue? Not a gripe or anything just a genuine question…

Not sure tbh.. you can sign in as a guest and use your user name so people can at least find in the chat rooms.

You can't at the moment. You have to use the chat rooms as a guest. You can't use your member account.

There was a hotfix by sysadmin at around 2100 GMT.
Things are expected to be back to normal at this time.
