**FILING MULTIPLE BAN APPEALS WILL CAUSE YOIR BAN APPEAL TO BE IGNORED**

Ban Appeal Process:
  • Important: Enter the exact username you were using (Guest logins have a prefix: G|)
  • Important: Enter the email you registered with or have access to
  • Age, Gender and Location need to be correct
  • Select an appropriate reason for your Ban Appeal
If you don't include the following information in your Ban Appeal, it's unlikely that it'll be reviewed:

Information we will need from you:
  • Chat room your were active in (or other person's username in Private Conversation)
  • Time it happened (your timezone indicated)
  • Important: Screenshot of the ban message, for verification (attempt to log into chat again and you'll be greeted by the ban message, so you can screenshot it—must be in normal browsing mode, not private/incognito)
  • Important: Content of last few lines (the more, the better) you typed or content you uploaded (images) in public and / or in private
  • Name of your ISP (internet service provider)
  • Your location (just your country and state/province)
Appeals with missing information might not be reviewed—in some cases, lack of key evidence or presence of false evidence prevents us from proceeding with investigation.

As stated here, reversal of the ban may not be possible, due to various circumstances, which may or may not be related to you or your activity.

IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE ACTUAL BAN MESSAGE / REASON AND ACTUAL USERNAME YOU USED, WE CAN'T HELP YOU.

To obtain the ban message after you've navigated away from chat, simply attempt to log into chat again and you'll be greeted by your ban message.

You may have to disable private / incognito browsing mode in order to take the screenshot.

On some devices, the text in the ban message can be entirely copied and then pasted into the appeal, as supplemental evidence.

DO NOT PRIVATELY MESSAGE MODERATORS ABOUT YOUR BAN. THE ONLY WAY TO APPEAL IS BY SUBMITTING THE BAN APPEAL FORM LINKED ABOVE.

IF YOU CLEARLY BROKE THE RULES, TAKE A WEEK OFF. BAN WILL NOT BE LIFTED.

BANS ARE LIFTED ONLY IF THERE WAS A MISTAKE OR A GLITCH.

REPEATED OFFENSES AND CONTINUED DISRESPECT FOR THE RULES WILL CAUSE YOU TO BE PERMANENTLY REMOVED.

IF YOU FALSIFY THE INFORMATION IN YOUR BAN APPEAL OR CREATE MULTIPLE BAN APPEALS, YOUR BAN APPEAL MAY BE REJECTED OR NOT EVEN REVIEWED.
