Ban appeal process

What's the appeal process for this site/chats? I can't find one, and it seems that one or two of the mods in the chats are taking liberties with applying the rules. Always a bad sign.

The picture I uploaded showed a very much adult, in every way, grown-up version of Alice in Wonderland. The ban message was "Alice is a child (ee72a8aa)". Not in my picture she wasn't! I'm not sure if it was personal or a mistake, but I didn't break any rules.

I was only banned from a single channel, so it clearly wasn't a real case of breaking any rules. I'd be happy to upload the picture again if that helps.
 
Mods really are out of control in this channel. I just saw someone else get banned for posting a cartoon.

First of all: Who the fuck keeps track of the age of cartoon characters?
Second: I'm pretty sure the picture was of a female, but it was hard to tell because it was fully dressed.

If you're looking for mods, I'm sure you can do better than your current staff.
 
The mods here really are a pathetic joke. "SexyAsianBitch" has always been an insufferable personality but definitely got a taste of power and now hovers over this site 24/7 to unleash it onto whoever she can.

GothyBiSwitch thinks she's on a crusade out here protecting fictional characters that are under 18 in their source material but 100% aren't in the art people post.

God forbid you post anything about "MILF". They especially love kicking/banning men I've noticed. I was kicked for posting something about "[unrelated] MILFs", came back, reported three people for posting wanting "friend's dads", none of whom got actioned. Then I pointed it out, SexyAsianBitch went on a tirade, said I never clarified. I posted again, clarifying "NO INCEST" and was immediately banned.

So follow their rules, don't follow their rules, it doesn't matter. If you don't kiss the sword, you're out. What a joke.
 
I was banned for posting something the mods deemed as lolicon, but I know that it isn't. Now I'm scared that I'm going to get arrested over nothing. What are the chances of this happening?

It's 100% your responsibility to know what you're downloading and what you're uploading anywhere in the web. Anything you download, usually has a description. If a description is missing, it's common sense to not touch it if it appears suspicious.

With all of the above in mind, FCN will maintain integrity and target any content against the TOU and basic chat rules.

The fact that we have several knowledgeable moderators acting on content only highlights how irresponsible people behave and reiterates the need for moderators. We just often can't have nice things, because people are assholes.
