Ban Appeal Submission Times

Hi, although I had read that submitting multiple will get you ignored, I’m curious on when we should submit another ban appeal? Is there like a 24 hour period, a week?

This would help heaps to help prevent spamming ban appeals and having them ignored especially in my own ban appealing process.

Hi thought it would be better off replying here and not making a new thread to ask this, but it has been 2 weeks since I had been banned for sending two URL’s to a friend in DMs and haven’t heard anything or had no luck with the appeal.

I was just curious if there was another form of getting into contact with the moderator who had banned me as I had read in the appeal form or do you recommend just constantly submitting appeals each week and hoping I get lucky. Sorry if this came off as an annoyance it’s just tough when there is no form of communication.

That ban is a wide-reaching ban on a network you're using. Either you spammed way too many times or someone else on the network spammed way too many times and is possibly abusing the network in that regard. Since that ban was automated by the system, there's no ban against you to lift.

Meanwhile, try another service until it clears.

Probably a self explain story question but on average what’s the usual ban duration for network bans like the one I’m experiencing? Also do you recommend sending appeals occasionally or just logging in once in a while?

Sorry for the late delay in reply and for answering my queries. And Apologies for continuing to reply in this thread but I rather not make new threads to clutter up the forum wall. If you don’t mind I need some questions answered.

A. Considering the system automated ban that I’m still impacted by which has been almost 2 months now, is there a way to lift the ban from the system itself or is that outside moderator reach therefore having to wait unknown period of time?

B. Expanding on the try other services aspect previously mentioned; are there any offical FCN supported/partnered services recommended or was that simply referring to different platforms?

I tried to file an appeal last night and forgot to add the screenshot with the message for why I was banned. But each time I’ve tried to submit an appeal with all the proper requirements I continue to get a message that says “
Oops! An Error Occurred


The server returned a "500


Internal Server Error".


Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

So I’m unsure of what I need to do or if my appeal has even been submitted… and if it hasn’t how do I appeal when it keeps sending me an error message when I try to submit one? Thank you and sorry to post on this thread I’m still trying to figure out how things work on here and kinda just winging it and hoping for the best. Thanks and hope to hear back from someone if possible.
