Feedback Ban? ISP? Login issue

I have a strange issue with logging in (to both chat and forum).
Around December last year I changed my ISP. Before I changed it, I could login regularly, after it I couldn't login anymore.

Now I can login (because I'm not home). When I'm back home, will I be able to login (since now I could) or what's the issue? Can it be solved?

Judging by the IP address you used to post the last Ban Appeal, your ISP uses Proxy service configuration. There's nothing we can do about that.

Perhaps you can call your ISP and have them assign you a static IP address that's not on their shared Proxy or VPN services network. It's also possible that their server is misconfigured for the type of use/service (it happens, especially with smaller ISP's who have less experienced admins).
