Banned, but why?

Ive been banned a few days ago but I really dont know why.
It says: your account or client is banned. These kinds of words are not welcome here (590c5440).

My last word before I got banned was "enjoy". Whats wrong with that?
How long will I be banned?

So why do I get a message about certain words?
And now I still dont know how long I will be banned
Ive been here for many years and I would love to see my froends again.

Why dont we get any information about the lenght of bans?
The only things we hear is why we are banned but nobody knows for how long.

There must be some kinda protocol, right?
I hope somebody has an answer for me (and many ohters).
