Hi I was on 2 Sundays ago chatting in the morning until around 2pm. I then went out for the day but didn't log out just locked phone so wasn't online. At about 3:30 am the next morning I opened phone and chat back up to be greeted by a banned message saying TPE meh trespassing. How could this have happened as I hadn't been active online or chatting, wad fine when I closed phone and left home but came back home to being banned. I cannot fill out the appeal as I have no idea what for or what time it happened as I wasn't online. It was a guest account I was logged into not this one. How do I go about sorting this our as I've never been banned off any site before and didn't chat or upload anything to get booted for. Thanks for any help
