I was having a private roleplay in a DM when I was suddenly kicked from the room with a message that said “Banned: Known Scammer @G|Lizy942” I was not talking to Lizy942, in fact, I have never talked to them as I don’t chat with females. I wasn’t posting in the main chat, just having a one-on-one roleplay with a different user. I was just waiting for them to respond when I was suddenly banned. I have put in an appeal, but how long will this ban last?

That's a wide network ban on a known scammer, which will affect several people.
So I got banned because someone else was scamming, even though I wasn’t scamming and doing anything wrong? Will this ban be lifted for me to log in again?

No one said you got banned. Part of the network got banned. Use a different network until it clears, please. We won't endanger people by scammers we can control for the time being.
I don’t even know how to use another network..? I was at home connected to my home Wi-Fi, which is the only way I can chat.

Hi, same thing happened to my account as well. I logged into my account after almost 2 months, had a chat with a few people and logged off. 2 days later I log in again and to my shock, I've been banned on account of "Known scammer". I have always been very ethical and made sure I do not violate the regulations here, but still got a ban. I never did anything wrong, so I'm confused. I've already requested an appeal against the ban, but I've no clue when will it be addressed. Please advise or guide. Many thanks!
