Complaint Banned for tresspassing? (wrongly assumed to be a banned user)

Banned username: G|load

I was banned 3 days ago for trespassing. A user in the NaughtySelfies room accused me of being the perennially banned user known as Dede (username Killa on the day). I tried explaining to her that I wasn't him, but she saw that I'm from the same country and probably assumed it anyway. In fact, I was in the room when he got banned twice for trespassing, and have seen that happen before many times.

I even messaged a mod to explain how I'm not him. I got no help, even after I asked if there was a way to prove I was not Dede. I stop looking at the site for a few minutes, but when I do look back I'm kicked.

So how can I be banned for trespassing on the assumption of being a different banned user? There is no way our IPs matched, as that guy uses vpns to get around the ban anyway (he's always coming in from a different location but people know where he's from)

I've attached the ban message screenshot. I've also appealed my ban, twice. The second time with all the necessary info like time, last line etc etc.

I seem to be unbanned. Thank you guys. Hope there is a way to avoid this particular type of ban in the future
