Banned w/ weird message

I haven't been on in awhile and when I attempted to log on I received the below message:

You were disconnected from the server by chat.freechatnow.com.
Reason: Banned: MrUncutLatinoCock: No lolicon

For one, I don't even know what that is and two I've never talked to this person before.

What gives?

Which country do you live in and which internet service are you using?

I’m from the US but currently working overseas. I’ve never had issues with accessing the site where I am located and appear to have been “reported” by someone who was upset I didn’t talk to them. My internet service provider is Babtel.
The message I received was: Reason: Banned: MrUncutLatinoCock: No lolicon

I had no idea what that was until I looked it up and wished I hadn’t. I see why that wouldn’t be allowed.
