What does everyone do to keep their bodies so smexy?
I've been dieting for most of this year and I've lost a lot of weight, with sexy time being my main motivator. Wanna look amazeballs. Yeah, any size can be sexy, but I really just wanna kill a bodysuit :p Been hitting the gym and cutting out carbs. What do y'all do to stay so sexy? :p Any tips?
 
Your on the right track. Sleep is important as well. I used to train kickboxers. It’s good to workout hard , but rest helps the body heal. Keep up the good work. You look great !
 
Thanks! I'm down 40lbs so far. I've thought about looking into kickboxing, just because I have ZERO balance XD What's a good way to get into it?
 
Thank you. The best part about it is my improved stamina. I don't get as tired as easily. Worst part is, none of my clothes fit! i have to go shopping again!
 
Youve made great changes... let them work for you... next step is about what you enjoy... if your chosen workout is drudgery you wont keep at it... so dabbke in lots... try crossfit.. try rollerskates or biking... mma of kick boxing... HIIT style training... you say you like to curl so hit the weights!

Once diet is dialed in the changes start to come... you cant outtrain a shitty diet...
 
I've taken about a month off, but I'm going back on Keto this Friday. I felt great once I cut out all the carbs. Focusing on protein and fiber was great for my workouts. I think I'm gonna go sign up for this circuit training class we have downtown. All women, so less worry about creepers lol

I started keto a month and I lost ten pounds. I want to lose another twenty, but it will take time because I like wine and vodka too much. Remember low carb is good but it is still all about calories in and calories burnt.

I have been doing OMAD since August and have lost over 14 kilos. Best thing I have ever done, One meal a day.
