That's pretty much standard bacon in the UK. Thick cut is my normal choice.

Ok i used to get it with a breakfast at an Irish style ( for America anyway) bar during brunch , that, beans , a tomato and eggs. Came with blood sausage that I couldn't eat lol so I substituted rashers
