when i join in a cam2cam the other's person cam keeps on loading but never starts, is it because of my browser or something? i tried with both opera and chrome

Have you tried Edge browser? Did you deny any permissions, if a browser presented you with any pop-ups? How long has this been happening? What have you changed or updated before this started happening?
